Our role

MedPrax Care is a medical travel facilitation service operated by MedPrax. We are not a hospital or healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by you and your treating doctors.

Cost estimates

Cost estimates shared by your coordinator are based on the information you provide and may change after in-person evaluation by the hospital. You pay hospitals directly under their own terms.

Our service is free for patients

We do not charge patients for coordination. Optional third-party services you ask us to arrange (such as hotels or flights) are paid to those providers.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information and only share medical information you are entitled to share, including on behalf of a family member.

Liability

Hospitals and doctors are independently responsible for the care they provide. To the extent permitted by law, MedPrax is not liable for clinical outcomes.
