How it works

The simplest way to get treated in India. You talk to one person, your coordinator, and we handle the rest.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

A few taps: the treatment, or your symptoms, and how to reach you.

  2. 2

    Talk to your coordinator

Your MedPrax coordinator calls or messages you to understand your situation.

  3. 3

    Get options made for you

We shortlist hospitals that fit your needs and lay them out side by side.

  4. 4

    Go with someone beside you

Visa letter, pickup, stay, interpreter, and follow-up after you return home.

Before you travel

  • A conversation with your coordinator about your needs and budget
  • Hospital options and costs prepared for you, side by side
  • Video consultation with the treating doctor on request
  • Visa invitation letter and help with your application
  • Flight timing advice, airport pickup and accommodation near the hospital

During treatment

  • A coordinator you can reach by phone throughout your stay
  • Interpreter support where needed
  • Help with hospital admission, payments and local logistics
  • Regular updates for family members back home

After you return

  • Discharge summary and medical records in English
  • Follow-up video consultations with your doctor
  • Help coordinating with your local doctor
  • We stay in touch until you are fully recovered

Questions

How quickly will I hear back?

A coordinator contacts you within 24 hours, usually much sooner during working hours. Your coordinator then prepares hospital options with you.

What do I need to get started?

Just a few words about what is going on and how to reach you. Your coordinator takes it from there.

Am I obliged to travel once I see the options?

No. Many patients use the options to compare with care at home.

How are my options chosen?

Your coordinator looks for partner hospitals with strong experience in your treatment, and respects any preference you have for a city, hospital or budget.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what is going on in your own words. A MedPrax coordinator will take it from there.
